1. Rambutan (Chom Chom)

2. Jackfruit (Mit)

Jackfruit is a popular fruit in Vietnam, which can be found in any region from the North to South. Contrary to the rough appearance, its sweet taste together with distinctive aroma might make foreign tourists curiously and willingly to give a try. A friendly reminder is that its sweet flavor can cause addiction, but you should remember not to eat too much as it can cause digestive disorder.

Star apple is another popular and unique fruit in Vietnam. Its Vietnamese name is “Vu Sua” – which is literally means “Milk from the breasts” in English. Just as its name, this fruit is juicy, fragrantly sweet and milky white like breast milk. The reason why its English name is Star apple lies in its shape. Cut it in half and you will see the segments form a star-like structure.

So how to enjoy this fruit? All you need to do is to halve it and use a spoon to scoop out the pulp. The sweet milk flavor with the thick flesh will make it hard for you to deny a second help. 4. Lychee

The season of lychee is summer, in this season, this fruit is enjoyed by the majority of Vietnamese people. Its sweet and juicy flavor can help ease away the summer heat and absolutely easy to enjoy. All you need to do is to remove the soft red skin with your fingers and have a bite.
