Mekong Delta Easy Biking Tour 3 days

8.00 am Our Vietnam tour guide will collect you at hotel and transfer toward Tra Vinh town. After about 2.5 hours out of the crowded road, we start biking from Ben Tre area to Mo Cay town ship. Our roads are small dirt tracks via orchard gardens and coconut plantations. We stop en route for visit workshop in local villages. After that, board a local ferry to travel upper branch of Co Chien river, biking for some more final kilometers and we arrive in Tra Vinh city. Stay overnight in hotel.

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, we bike to a village of ethnic Khmer here. Tra Vinh is the homeland of Khmer people then you can find the most typical feature of their culture here. After visiting, we hop on our car for transfer to Vinh Long which is about 80km away. Up on arrival in Vinh Long, we take a short, easy bike toward Tan Phong farm stay after passing Dong Phu island. Keep our pedals to a small Cao Dai Temple then board a boat for visiting the floating market and cruise over the mighty Mekong River to Tan Phong Island. Being welcome by the homestay host and enjoy fresh drinks to relax in some minutes, take another 1.5 hr down Mekong River to small canals for fishing with local people. Back to homestay and enjoy dinner with the host. Overnight home stay.

This morning, take our last ride on small trails around Tan Phong island, a charming and peaceful island beside the amazing riverside market with all its bustling activity and smorgasbord of sounds, colors. We continue to visit daily life of the locals, feeling lost on the winding road under the fruits garden and manual traditional factories to make rice cake, facilities then visiting the local primary school, and enjoy tea and coffee with local farmers. Discover fruits garden with a lot of tropical fruits and enjoys it with owners. we continue to learn how to make a traditional conical hat. After lunch, we return to Saigon. The trip completes in Saigon around 5.30pm. Goodbye and see you again!
